Indications For Use:
This product is cleared for the intended use in the management of the following: 
  • Burns
  • Sores
  • Blisters
  • Scrapes 
  • Ulcers
  • Other Wounds
 
Directions For Use:
  • Cleanse wound with MPM Wound and Skin Cleanser.
  • Apply sheet, may be trimmed to size.
  • Apply powder approximately ¼ “ thick, do not pack.
  • Cover with a non-adherent dressing.
  • Repeat daily or as indicated.
